Dr. Muna Salihat participated today, Monday, May 9, 2022, in a workshop organized by the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities in collaboration with the World Tourism Organization, the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) of Germany, the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), and the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women. The workshop was titled: "Future Leaders in the Tourism Sector," part of the Center Stage project. Through this project, national tourism administrations and tourism institutions will work on implementing an action plan that includes a series of tangible measures aimed at increasing women's empowerment opportunities.
