Russian government scholarship 2021
The Russian Government Scholarship 2021 provides every year the opportunity for students from all countries of the world (especially Syrians) to fulfill their ambitions to study in Russian universities for free across many disciplines and guarantees an exemption from tuition fees and a monthly salary of 1500 to 3000 rubles depending on the university and according to the university level.
The Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education, in cooperation with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced the opening date for registration for Russian scholarships, starting from January 20 until February 20, 2021, through the following website:

Candidates will be selected to study in Russian universities during the academic year 2021/2022 at the expense of the Russian state.
