Bachelor of Tourism Management / Practical Training & Field Experience

​Practical and Field Training

Practical training in hotels (2603456): 6 credit hours, each student who has completed at least 90

hours can take this course. This course focuses on the practical aspect of hotel accommodation

through training in front office functions, the use of hotel reservation and entry systems, and the

various duties required by hotel work such as room management and customer services and how to

deal with their complaints. The training period should not be less than 400 training hours.

Practical training in tourism management (2603455): 6 credit hours, each student who has

completed at least 90 hours can take this course. This course focuses on the practical aspects of

tourist office services through training on how to perform tourist tours and ticketing and issuing

them at a travel and tourism office. The training period should not be less than 400 hours.
