Dr. Ismaiel Abuamoud, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Commissioners and Commissioner of Petra Archaeology Park, will present a lecture titled "NAVIGATING HERITAGE: OVERCOMING CHALLENGES IN MANAGING THE WORLD HERITAGE SITE OF PETRA." The lecture is part of the Jordanian Archaeology as a Sustainable Industry (JASI) project, implemented by Sela for Training and Protection of Heritage in partnership with the Petra Development and Tourism Region Authority, and funded by the Swiss Drosos Foundation.
The lecture will take place at 6:00 PM at the luxurious Petra Moon Hotel. It will be livestreamed on digital platforms, social media, and Zoom.
