As part of the purposeful activities of Department of Cultural Resources Management and Conservation , a awareness lecture was held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, in collaboration with the Civil Defense Directorate
Second Lieutenant Abdulrahman Al-Qudah presented the lecture titled "First Aid and General Safety Procedures in Laboratories" to students enrolled in the course of Maintenance and Restoration of Archaeological Metals, overseen by Dr. Yazan Abu Al-Hassan.
The lecture aimed to raise awareness among students about how to handle hazardous chemicals and toxic gases emitted from them, as well as methods to prevent injury and promptly administer first aid to the injured to avoid further harm.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Civil Defense Directorate for their continuous cooperation in organizing several awareness lectures for the students of the University of Jordan.
