School of Archaeology and Tourism at the University of Jordan held a workshop today entitled "Management of Tourism and Travel Operations at Airports", presented by the Deputy CEO of Everest Tourism and Travel Company, Hamza Obeidat.
During the workshop, attended by the Dean Prof. Dr. Ziad Al-Rawadieh, and his deputy, Dr. Muna Al-Slaihat, Obeidat provided a detailed explanation of booking operations using several accredited programs, by presenting real-life examples from the job market that simulate the booking and ticketing process at all stages.
Several students attended the workshop, expressing their gratitude to the School and the trainer for providing such workshops to learn about booking matters, regular tourist trips, private trips, and the mechanism for calculating costs based on that data. They emphasized their desire to hold specialized courses in selected fields throughout their years of study.
At the end of the workshop, Obeidat expressed his gratitude to the School and the administrative and academic staff for organizing this specialized workshop that benefits the students.
