| Program Description : | The Event Management discipline is one of the most prominent and distinguished contemporary fields within the tourism and hospitality sector, experiencing growing demand at both the global and regional levels. The global events market is valued at over USD 970 billion, while the events market in the Arab world is estimated at approximately USD 77 billion.
This academic program, the first of its kind among public universities in Jordan, provides students with advanced theoretical and applied preparation in the planning, organization, and management of a wide range of events, including conferences, festivals, exhibitions, cultural activities, and sporting events.
The program is distinguished by a modern curriculum that integrates digital marketing, artificial intelligence, and advanced technologies, in addition to fostering innovative competencies in event design and resource management, and strengthening communication, protocol, and etiquette skills.
Such preparation equips graduates with highly competitive capabilities that enable them to participate effectively in both local and international labor markets, while contributing to consolidating Jordan’s status as a leading regional hub in the events industry.
