  1. ​Developing highly qualified national personnel, both theoretically and practically, in the field of cultural heritage management and preservation, capable of entering, succeeding in, and competing in the local, regional, and international job markets.
  2. Contributing to raising public awareness of the value of cultural heritage and its preservation, based on the principle of community participation.
  3. Developing internal resources and investing available human and material resources and capabilities.
