Workshop on Effective Communication in the Workplace Environment

As part of its efforts to enhance the skills of its students, School of Archaeology and Tourism at the University of Jordan organized a workshop titled "Effective Communication: How to Communicate Professionally in the Workplace," delivered by human development trainer Falah Ghazi Bani Khalid.

During the workshop, the trainer emphasized the importance of effective communication in the workplace, which is essential for building strong relationships, enhancing cooperation and teamwork, and achieving organizational goals in the work environment.

The workshop included training for students on how to communicate effectively in the workplace, covering a review of the oral and written skills necessary for successful communication.

Attending the workshop, which reflects the positive efforts made by the university to develop the skills of its students and empower them in the workplace, were the dean ,Prof. Dr. Ziad Al-Rawadieh, his deputy, a group of School students and professors. It concluded with the lecturer answering questions and inquiries from the audience.
