A special issue of Volume 14 (4) for the year 2020 has recently been released in the Jordanian Journal of History and Archaeology

A special issue titled "The Third International Conference on Petra and Nabatean Culture (ICPNC III)" has recently been published in the Jordanian Journal of History and Archaeology.

The Jordanian Journal of History and Archaeology is a quarterly international scientific journal specializing in history and archaeology, supported by the Scientific Research Support Fund and the University of Jordan - Amman. It publishes three issues annually and accepts research papers from researchers in Jordan and abroad, subjecting them to standard peer-review procedures. The journal publishes research papers in both Arabic and English.

This issue contains 21 specialized research papers from the proceedings of the Third International Conference on Petra and Nabatean Culture (ICPNC III), which was held in Petra, Jordan, in 2018 under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Hassan bin Talal. The conference was organized by the Faculty of Archaeology and Tourism at the University of Jordan, Amman, in cooperation with the Petra Development and Tourism Region Authority. The research papers presented in this special issue involve contributions from 26 researchers representing 12 countries, including Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the United States, Switzerland, France, Germany, Belgium, Lebanon, Poland, England, Argentina, and Italy.
