As part of the strategic plans to develop the necessary skills for students of the College of Archaeology and Tourism, preparing them for the job market, the Department of Tourism Management organized a training workshop as part of a series aimed at equipping students with essential skills and knowledge. The workshop, titled "Handling Guest Complaints," was presented by Ms. Sara Bin Tarif, Human Resources Manager at Golden Tulip Hotel, and Mr. Ahmed Darwaza, Sales Manager at the same hotel. The event took place on Thursday, November 7, 2024.
