The University of Jordan has launched a new research group titled "Sustainable Tourism through Consumer Behavior Analysis," led by Dr. Farah Shishan from the Marketing Department at the Faculty of Business. The group brings together a select group of researchers and experts in the fields of tourism and marketing to explore sustainable tourism practices that align with contemporary consumer behavior trends.
The research group also includes Dr. Ismail Abu Amoud from the Department of Tourism Management, who will contribute to analyzing the factors influencing consumer travel decisions in line with sustainable practices. This research aims to provide practical insights that can help develop tourism strategies that meet consumer needs while promoting environmental and social sustainability.
